In celebration of the launch of our new Cucumber and Clementine gin and the new James Bond movie, No Time to Die... we've decided to stir (not shake) up our own version of the classic gin martini—gin, vermouth, extra olives. We're setting ours over ice and adding Prosecco and orange liqueur. The final drink ends up as something not quite martini but oh so vibrant and delicious.
- 25ml Batts Hill Cucumber and Clementine gin
- 25ml Cointreau
- Juice of 2 clementines
- Clementine for garnish
Add Batts Hill Cucumber and Clementine, clementine juice and Cointreau with ice to a shaker. Stir until well chilled, around 20 – 30 seconds. Strain in a flute and top up with chilled prosecco.
Garnish with a slice of clementine.
