This Cherry Gin Mule puts a delicious spin on the traditional Moscow mule. Fresh cherries, lime juice, Batts Hill gin, and ginger beer is all you need to make this delicious, icy, and refreshing gin cocktail.
Ingredients (for 1):-
50ml Batts Hill gin
200ml Fever-Tree Ginger beer
Fresh mint leaves
6 cherries; we used frozen, but of course fresh is best
Juice of 1/2 lime
Add 6 cherries to your glass (we've used our copper mugs), squeeze in the juice of the lime, pop in a few fresh mint leaves. Use a muller to mix up the ingredients to get the juices flowing. The more you mix the better the flavour. Add your gin and a few ice blocks. Top up with ginger beer and give it a quick stir. Finally, garnish with a couple of mint leaves and then put a cherry on top.
We love the ginger beer in this cocktail because of the bite of the ginger flavour, perfect if you like your cocktails less on the sweet side.
