Complimentary local hand delivery to RH1 & RH2 postcodes on orders of £30+/ please allow 1-2 days.
Royal Mail, 1st class signed for £6.95 /please allow 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail, 2nd class signed for £5.95 /please allow 2-4 working days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship International orders just yet.

Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at info@battshill.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you may return items to the following address, with a note inside including the name, order number, and postcode of the original order:

PLEASE NOTE. We will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty. For faulty items, we will resend a replacement at no extra cost and refund the cost of your original delivery. You can always contact us for any return question at info@battshill.co.uk.

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
