Batts Hill Distillers

Batts Hill Spiced Gin

Fourteen botanicals. A Christmas experiment turned year-round obsession. Cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and coriander, balanced with orchard fruit and warming spice.

Fourteen botanicals. One extraordinary gin.

Batts Hill Spiced Gin was born from a Christmas experiment and it shot out of the blocks. With 14 botanicals in the flavour bag during distillation, this is our most complex spirit: the spices build as you sip, fruit brings a mellow sweetness, and the whole thing warms you from the inside out. It's been so popular it stopped being seasonal almost immediately.

Warm it in winter, cool it over ice in summer. The four C's, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and coriander, take centre stage, while apple, clementine, and orange keep things smooth and approachable. A little bit of bold magic in every sip.

The bold spice trio that gives this gin its unmistakable character

Coriander & Ginger

Adds herbal warmth and a gentle fiery depth to the mid-palate

Apple, Orange & Clementine

Balances the spice with soft, rounded orchard and citrus fruit

Juniper, Sage & Angelica

The structural backbone, juniper keeps it rooted as a gin, sage adds herbal depth, and angelica root binds all 14 botanicals together for a long, complex finish.
