  • 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon hibiscus simple syrup, recipe below
  • 10mls *Hurt Liqueur

Hibiscus Simple Syrup:-

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar

  • In a small sauce pan, simmer sugar and water until the sugar has dissolved. Add in the hibiscus flowers and simmer for another 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit for another 20 minutes if you can!

The egg white gives the cocktail a frothy layer, but if you want to leave it out you can. Add all of the ingredients in a large cocktail shaker with ice. Shake very hard for 30 seconds. Strain into a small glass over large ice cubes. Garnish with a few dried edible flowers.
