Hibiscus Simple Syrup:-
Method:-
The egg white gives the cocktail a frothy layer, but if you want to leave it out you can. Add all of the ingredients in a large cocktail shaker with ice. Shake very hard for 30 seconds. Strain into a small glass over large ice cubes. Garnish with a few dried edible flowers.
*Hurt Liqueur is inspired by the hidden secret of the Surrey Hills, the Hurtberry, this intricately crafted liqueur is a versatile compliment to our gins making them beautifully pink and deliciously sweet.
