Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin Fizz

This is so good! It's called a Gin Fizz and it is sweet, tangy, and has a frothy egg white foam topping.
It's made with just a handful of ingredients which makes it perfect for shaking up at home.
50ml Batts Hill gin
25ml lemon juice
2 tsp maple or simple syrup
1 x egg white
soda water
Shake together the gin, fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker with ice to make it cold, then strain into a lovely glass. You can see we used a coupe glass. Top up with soda water. The carbonation combines with the egg white to make a frothy foam topping.
It’s like a little bit of magic! ⚡️
