With us having to cozy up at home this Valentine's Day, we think adding a good cocktail into the weekend proceedings is a good and fun idea.
Our Love Elixir is pure romance in a champagne flute.
Ingredients:-
~50ml Batts Hill gin
~15ml lemon juice
~20ml elderflower cordial
~Fever Tree Aromatic tonicÂ
Method: Using a good cocktail shaker add the gin, lemon juice and cordial. Give it a quick shake with a few blocks of ice. Strain in a champagne flute and top up with ice cold tonic.
