💘 Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin Valentines Pomegranate Martini 💘

It is a beautiful snowy Sunday here in Surrey and the beauty and fun of it all has inspired us to shake up a delicious cocktail this afternoon. This one is easy to make at home and with Valentine's day being next weekend it could be one you impress your loved one with as it's both pink and pretty.
Today we are using the strong yet sweet orange-flavoured liqueur—produced in Saint-Barthélemy-d'Anjou, France. It is often used as an apéritif and digestif (an alcoholic beverage consumed before or after meals) and is an ingredient in quite a few iconic cocktails, like the martini.
💘 Batts Hill Pomegranate Martini 💘
50ml Batts Hill gin
15ml Cointreau
75ml pomegranate juice
Method: Shake up all the ingredients with a few blocks of ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange slice and a few pomegranate seeds.
A special cocktail for your special someone with sensations of 'sweetness' and 'sourness' attributed to all the refreshing ingredients.
