Cheers to all the Olympians and Paralympians the medals that Team GB brought home from Tokyo recently!

We are celebrating with a classic cocktail with a Japanese twist...

The Batts Hill Sake-tini.

The traditional Martini is made with gin and vermouth, we are however replacing the vermouth with Japan's favourite wine- Sake!

Ingredients for 2:

100ml Batts Hill gin

100ml Sake

Lemon peel

Method:

Add ice to a cocktail shaker, followed by gin and sake. Shake well, strain into a martini glass, and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
