Classified as a London Dry Gin, all flavour comes through distillation alone, no added flavourings or colourings. We've built this recipe around 14 botanicals, with spice taking centre stage: cinnamon, cardamon, clove and coriander all jump out with real presence and warmth. But this is a gin with balance too, vibrant fruits including orange, lemon, clementine and apple weave through the spice, pulling everything into a smooth, mellow, lingering finish.
