Ingredients:

50ml Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin

50ml Batts Hill Smallest Batch Coffee Liqueur

50ml freshly made espresso

Dash of sugar syrup (about 10ml)

Method:

In a cocktail shaker, half filled with ice, add all the ingredients and shake until very cold. This will take about 30 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
