Our second offering from our Smallest Batch collection, and our third Surrey gin, is all about spice.

We have 15 botanicals in this mouthful with cinnamon, cardamon, coriander and clove taking a headline. The fruit we’ve added including orange, lemon, clementine and apple, brings a lovely smooth and mellow finish. Serve with a Mediterranean tonic garnished with an apple or orange slice and cinnamon stick.
