You can’t go wrong with a good ol' G&T. When you’re braving the miserable #ginuary weather, like we are now, pour yourself one of these and try to defrost while you imagine yourself sipping your beverage on a balmy summer evening in the garden

Simply pour 50ml Batts Hill gin into a rock glass and squeeze in the juice of half a large grapefruit. Top up with Fever Tree Indian tonic and finally, garnish with a lovely sprig of fresh basil.
