From the outset, our mission has been simple: to create distinctive, small-batch spirits using only the finest botanicals and the best of Surrey’s local ingredients. Every bottle is distilled with care in our 100L copper still, Cordelia, using sugar beet alcohol for a clean, smooth base that allows our flavours to shine.

And smooth is exactly what we’ve become known for. It’s the first word on almost everyone’s lips after their first sip of Batts Hill:

So smooth, in fact, that many of our fans enjoy it neat, over ice—no tonic required. But of course, we also believe our gins pair beautifully with Fever-Tree tonics and thoughtfully chosen garnishes, for the perfect serve every time.

A classic redefined. This London Dry Gin is crisp and complex, with bright citrus up front, followed by warming coriander, cardamom, and black pepper. A soft macadamia nut finish rounds it all off, making it a go-to for both gin connoisseurs and casual sippers.
