Love is in the air, and in your glass, with this beautiful pink tipple. One sip and you’ll be madly in love with the delicious floral, fruity flavours not to mention bright pink colour.
This cocktail originated in New York and the unique mix of ingredients is said to evoke the South African paradise flower.
Ingredients:-
- 50ml Batts Hill Cucumber & Clementine Gin
- 20ml St German elderflower liqueur
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml grape fruit juice
- 5ml simple syrup
- Dash of bitters
Method
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake really well. Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with edible dried pansies.
