Cherry Gin Mule

Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin Cherry Gin Mule in a copper mug

This Cherry Gin Mule puts a fruity spin on the traditional Moscow Mule. Fresh cherries, lime juice, Surrey Dry Gin and ginger beer, all you need for an icy, refreshing gin cocktail with a real bite of ginger.

Ingredients (for 1)

  • 50ml Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin
  • 200ml Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 6 cherries (fresh is best, but frozen works well too)
  • Juice of half a lime

Method

  • Add the cherries to your glass (copper mugs work brilliantly), squeeze in the lime juice, and add a few mint leaves.
  • Muddle everything together, the more you muddle, the better the flavour.
  • Add the gin and a few blocks of ice.
  • Top up with ginger beer and give it a quick stir.
  • Garnish with a couple more mint leaves and a cherry on top.
