Turbo Gin and Tonic

Batts Hill Turbo Gin and Tonic, a coffee gin and tonic with coffee bean garnish

Coffee and gin might sound like an unlikely pairing, but the juniper and citrus in a good London Dry Gin cuts right through rich, roasted coffee flavour. This is our take on the Turbo Gin and Tonic, a coffee twist on the classic G&T that's become a favourite among gin lovers who also can't say no to coffee.

Ingredients

Method

  • Fill your glass with plenty of ice.
  • Add the Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin and top up with tonic water.
  • Finish with a swirl of Batts Hill Coffee Liqueur poured gently over the top.
  • Garnish with a few coffee beans and enjoy.

Prefer It Simpler?

If you'd rather skip the tonic altogether, Batts Hill Coffee Liqueur over ice makes a gorgeous drink on its own, a lovely aperitif, or just as good served at the end of a meal.
