As we enter the year of the Tiger, which is known for its courageous action and ability to rise to challenge and adventure, we want to celebrate these qualities with you with a delicious Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin cocktail, of course!
We pray this year is all about taking action and we wish all those in China and everyone celebrating the Lunar Year across the United Kingdom a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year 🐯
Ingredients:
- 25ml Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin
- 25ml dry vermouth
- 25ml sweet vermouth
- Dash of brandy
Method:
Fill a shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients and shake until chilled. Strain into chilled champagne flute. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
The colour of this cocktail is inspired by the orange of a tiger's fur.
