This beautifully pink Batts Hill Cucumber and Clementine gin cocktail is just as good as a bouquet of flowers 💐 for the Mum in your life on Mother’s Day.
Ingredients:
• 25ml Batts Hill Cucumber and Clementine gin
• 15ml Grenadine
• 15ml Lemon juice
• 10ml Cream
• 1 egg white
Method:
In a Shaker - dry shake all the ingredients. Add ice and shake until cold, about 20 seconds. Now strain over fresh ice blocks into a balloon glass and garnish with a lemon tweel.
