Impress the love of your life with this elegant pink lady cocktail- a classic 1950s drink using Batts Hill, Surrey Dry Gin.
This month we are adding a little more pink to our cocktail mix specifically for the holiday that celebrates LOVE. February 14th is definitely a day for pink things, sweet things, and all things romantic, and this cocktail recipe is all of the above.
Chambord is an all-natural black raspberry liqueur produced in the Loire Valley, south of Paris in France. It is rich, lush and sweet, made with raspberries and blackberries in cognac and French spirits base. Perfect for pairing with our gin in this delicious cocktail.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Batts Hill gin
- 20ml Chambord raspberry liqueur
- 20ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Method: Dry shake all the ingredients to froth the egg white, add ice and shake again.
Garnish with a fresh raspberry or strawberry 🍓
