Batts Hill Cucumber and Clementine Gin Clementine French 75 in a champagne flute

A twist on the classic French 75, made with our Cucumber & Clementine Gin, fresh clementine juice and Cointreau, topped with prosecco. Vibrant, celebratory and genuinely delicious.

Ingredients

25ml Batts Hill Cucumber & Clementine Gin
25ml Cointreau
Juice of 2 clementines
Prosecco, to top up
A slice of clementine, to garnish

Method

Add the gin, clementine juice and Cointreau to a shaker with ice.
Stir until well chilled, around 20-30 seconds.
Strain into a flute and top up with chilled prosecco.
Garnish with a slice of clementine.
