Light, floral and elegant, this Elderflower Gin Fizz pairs the citrus and spice of our Surrey Dry Gin with sweet elderflower cordial and a top of tonic. Served in a champagne flute, it's a beautiful drink for any celebration.
Ingredients
- 50ml Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 20ml elderflower cordial
- Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic, to top up
Method
- Add the gin, lemon juice and elderflower cordial to a cocktail shaker with a few blocks of ice.
- Give it a quick shake.
- Strain into a champagne flute and top up with ice-cold tonic.
