Ingredients

1 shot (25-30ml) freshly brewed espresso | 25ml Batts Hill Coffee Liqueur | 25ml Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin | Ice

Method

Welcome to the Batts Hill Espresso Gintini: luxurious, velvety, and completely unforgettable.

  1. Brew the espresso and let it rest briefly so it’s warm, not boiling.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add the trio:- 1 x shot of espresso, 1 x shot of Batts Hill Coffee Liqueur, 1 x shot of Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin
  4. Shake hard for about 15 seconds for that thick, velvety crema.
  5. Double strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass
  6. Finally garnish with tradition. Top with three coffee beans for health, wealth, an happiness.
