How to make an Espresso Gintini:

Ingredients:

• 50ml Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin
• 50ml Batts Hill Coffee Liqueur
• 50ml freshly brewed espresso
• 10ml sugar syrup

Method:

1. Add all ingredients to your copper cocktail shaker, half-filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until chilled.
3. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
