We are thrilled to unveil our latest "Smallest Batch" creation from our 100-litre copper stil, Cordelia: a captivating Pink Gin made with strawberries and pink peppercorn.

The natural sweetness of strawberries pairs seamlessly with the gentle spice of pink peppercorns, creating a unique and refreshing flavour profile.
This gin is distilled using our renowned sugar beet base, ensuring a clean and smooth finish that distinguishes all Batts Hill Gins. 

Why Strawberry and Pink Peppercorn?
