The Negroni is a true classic and considered an aperitivo, a pre-meal drink. The tradition is a cultural ritual, derived from the Latin aperire, meaning "to open", meant to open the stomach before dining. This version swaps in our Cucumber & Clementine Gin for a bright citrus lift.
