The classic Long Island Iced Tea, five spirits, a splash of lime and a generous top of cola, doesn't taste anything like tea, but it's a decadent, unmistakable party cocktail that makes a big batch to share.

- 50ml vodka
- 50ml tequila
- 50ml rum
- 50ml triple sec
- 100ml lime juice
- Ice
- 500ml Fever-Tree cola
- Lime wedges, to garnish

- Half fill the jug with ice and stir until the outside feels cold.
- Add the cola and stir to combine, then drop in the lime wedges.
- Fill four tall glasses with ice and pour over.
